Curtis Clinton Hatchell, age 85, of Starks, La., a native and resident of Starks, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at Cornerstone Hospital in Sulphur, Louisiana .

He was the son of the late Curtis Hatchell and the late Maggie (Thompson) Hatchell.

He is survived by his three sisters, Ima Jean Woolbright of Starks,, La. Delores Hatchell of Starks, La. and Lavelle Palmer of Inverness, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Curtis Hatchell, Sr. and Maggie Thompson Hatchell, his wife, Delores Hatchell, one brother, Donald Hatchell, and four sisters, Lois Perkinson, Sybil Howard, Laverne Says and Betty Hanvy.

The family will receive friends Thursday , February 23, 2012 beginning at 12:00 P.M.at Christensen Funeral Home. Graveside services and Interment will be at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields, La. on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 2:30 P.M.
